The client approached us with a need to refresh the look of the main pharmacy chain in Lithuania. The old visual identity was not able to communicate values of modern and forward looking business with customers at the centre of everything.
To reflect the care and attention that the brand gives to the customer, a new symbol of two hearts was created. In the middle of those connections a cross symbolizing health appears – a result for good service.
An existing warm orange colour was left from the previous look and feel to ensure recognition. A new customer centric emotional photography style was proposed and implemented across all communications.
An icon suite was developed to be applied across all pharmacies to help customers navigate through the range of products with ease.
